Judicial Appointment Could Compromise Women's Health

SARASOTA, FL —The Florida Association of Planned Parenthood Affiliates (FAPPA) today roundly criticized Governor Crist’s appointment of Ricky Polston to the Florida Supreme Court. The appointment of Ricky Polston is Gov. Crist’s second appointment and follows the appointment of Justice Charles Canady, the chief architect of the federal abortion ban.
